The North Dock Centre has been the base for World Horizons since 1986. Through prayer, hard work and the faithful support of many, it has evolved from being an empty warehouse to a vibrant community, with a heart to bless both the local area and the nations.

To increase our capacity and meet growing opportunities, we are now undertaking to renovate one of the last few undeveloped parts of the centre.

The Creative Space is currently a cold, damp, draughty area, but our vision is to transform it into a multi-use sports hall and conference facility with a capacity for 300 people. This will enable us to further develop our work with local schools, camps and training programs. It will be an invaluable resource for hosting our annual conference, as well as student conferences, summer celebrations, large prayer meetings and international gatherings.

We also see this as a chance to strengthen our partnership with local community groups by hosting sports teams, church events and continuing to run multicultural events with the local neighbourhood police.

We are committed to developing the North Dock building to fulfill its potential and to steward this resource to the best of our ability, and we invite you to join with us in realising this vision.
