We are pioneering a short, intensive ‘Teacher Development Initiative’. Over four weeks, you will journey with our teams across two vibrant communities in the foothills of the Himalayas. The programme includes pedagogical models, coaching, psychology, practical tools and strategies, as well as looking at global best practices.

‘We see education as possibly the most powerful tool in the transformation of communities’

Phase One: 27 March 27 –  10 April
Join an established community that includes two schools. With over 20 years of experience in development and education, our team is deeply rooted in transformative community development, training, coaching, and mentoring.

Phase Two: 11 – 24 April
Nationals and internationals from diverse backgrounds and organisations unite around a shared passion: transforming communities. Our team brings rich experience in cross-cultural training strategies, language acquisition, community development projects (medical and educational) and mentoring and coaching.
